Setting up your space

The Guild Hall address is Guild Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston PR1 1HT

We have secured access to the venue on Thursday 24th March, a day prior to the event, for exhibitors to set up bulky equipment. You are welcome to arrive at the venue anytime on this day between 12noon and 5 pm. On arrival, report to the reception desk which will be located on the 1st floor of the Guild Hall.

IMPORTANT: For venue security, we must have the names of everyone attending throughout the setting up period 72-hours prior to the event.

Please note that although the venue will be secured overnight, we cannot be held responsible for any damages to property left unattended at the venue either before or during the event.

You are welcome to set up on the day of the event, however, all exhibitors must arrive, set up, and be ready before 8 am. The venue will be open at 7 am. To maintain a safe environment for other exhibitors and attendees, exhibitors arriving after 8 am on the 25th March will not be able to unload equipment into the venue.

Unloading your vehicle

You may use the loading bay at the Guild Hall. Due to the number of exhibitors attending, please ONLY use the loading bay if you have to and vacate the area as quickly as possible as it is likely that queues will form during the day. Otherwise, you can park in the Bus Station car park which is attached to the building.

On the day of the event

On the day of the event, we ask that you arrive on site before 8 am and have your space set up.

Your exhibition space will meet the requirements on your original specification form. Trestle tables have been organised for those who have requested them, and are at a size of 6 ft x 2.3 ft.

On arrival, you will be told how to collect your lunch (2 per stand).

The expo will be open to delegates from 9 am and will remain open throughout the day until 3 pm.

We encourage you to have at least two members of staff on your exhibition stand at any time to ensure that you are able to take comfort breaks.

Please note: You will not be able to move or dismantle any of your exhibition stands until the event has closed.

Please allow plenty of time to leave at the end of the day as the loading bay will be extremely busy with all exhibitors leaving at the same time.

If you have any questions or concerns during the event, please speak to a member of the Expo team who will be identifiable to you. Or alternatively, call or text one of the following numbers with your company name:-

Jordan Conlin – 07568 188792
