14-days cooling-off period
You may cancel your exhibition booking within 14-days at no cost.
If you book your stand within six weeks of the event, the 14-day cooling-off period does NOT apply.
6-weeks before the event
50% of the package price is required if cancelled within the 6-weeks leading up to an exhibition.
4-weeks before the event
100% of the package price is required if cancelled within the six weeks leading up to an exhibition.
Your exhibition space is non-transferable
