HR and You Ltd. has been expanding of late, and our shiny new office in Bolton is only the start. We’re excited to announce that our bigger office is going to be filled with more staff, which will allow us to work with even more clients in the near future.
The first thing to note is we’re getting 2 new HR consultants on board in September. The first of our new consultants, Adam, has over ten years’ experience as a HR Officer in FMCG, and the second, Nikki, has worked with our HR office before and is already well-acquainted with the rest of the team. This gives us a huge amount of scope for expanding our client base and working with all kinds of new businesses, and we’re hugely excited at the prospect and are looking forwards to working with them.
We also have two successful Kickstarters on board; one working as a social media manager, and the other splitting his time between search engine optimisation and supporting the rest of the team when they need administration support.
The aim of the Kickstart scheme is to help 16–24-year-olds who need a little help getting onto the career ladder, teaching them new skills and giving them experience in the workplace in the process. We couldn’t be happier with our Kickstarters; the placements have been a huge asset to the team, especially with our busy expo season coming up, and our hope is that they get to stay with us after their placements end.
In fact, we don’t intend to stop with the two we have on board at the moment. Our hope is we can expand even further and offer two more Kickstart placements, expanding our marketing and HR support teams.
